Refund & Cancellation Policy

PADFEE WOMAN

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, sanitary pad products cannot be returned once delivered.

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.

After verification, PADFEE may provide a replacement or refund at its discretion.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
