Damaged Product Claim Policy
If your order is received in a damaged condition, please record an unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened and take clear photographs showing the damaged product and its packaging.
To be eligible for a replacement or claim, please share the unboxing video, photographs, and your order details with us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery. Claims submitted without an unboxing video or after the 48-hour period may not be accepted.
This policy helps us verify transit-related damage and process your claim promptly.
